Returns and Exchanges

Shipped orders: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 7 days of receipt for a refund less the shipping charges. Items ordered with free shipping are still subject to a refund minus the actual cost of shipping. All sales are final on sale merchandise. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. To arrange a shipped return, please email thedelightfulfind@gmail.com with your order number and the name of the items that didn't work out for instruction on where to send the return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.

Shipping and Handling:

Most orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours.

Domestic shipping is $8.95 for standard shipping. Domestic shipping is free for all orders over $100. Most packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service.

Tracking:

Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order has shipping.

Rest Of The World

We are so sorry but for the time being we are unable to ship internationally. We just aren't able to manage our international shipping costs in a way that makes sense for both us and our customers. We hope to have this problem solved in the near future.

At this time we are also unable to fulfill shipments placed to mail forwarding services.

Gift Cards:

At this time we are unable to offer gift cards, but look forward to doing so in the future!
